Another step in the right direction

I am so excited!  I just filled out the paper work to become a demonstrator for Stampin Up :D I am so looking forward to this adventure.  It started out that my friend Debby signed on again for the second time, and I really want to support her efforts to finally make some money doing this, and not just being a hobbyist.  We are going to venture into this hand and hand.  We have talked excitedly for hours about plans for classes, stamp-camps, craft sales.  All the things we love to do together.  We used to make things and do craft sales together years ago.  I am looking forward to doing that again, but in a different way.  I can hardly wait.  I certainly did not have to become a demonstrator to do this, but being able to do classes and offer the fun products so my friends can enjoy the products too.  I am not so interested in selling as I am in sharing the fun.  I sure hope my friends will share my enthusiasm.  Let the adventu...

A little experiment

Well, I have to try to figure this out, so I am going to experiment tonight.  How do these blog things work.  Ok, I was able to upload a photo of a tag I made.  Here  is my friends site. Let's see if it connects when I publish this.
Happy New Year 2012 So many changes and so many yet to come. Two new grandchildren, Kol born 10/28/11 and Olivia born 1/6/12, and with my darling Emily, age 7, I am a very happy grandma. I just can't get enough time with my little ones, and I wish they were all close by all the time. I was able to travel to Brooklyn, NY when Kol was 3 weeks old, and can hardly wait to see him again in 3 weeks. So, until then I need to get my house in order. I still have Xmas wrapping paper on the floor, where I was wrapping gifts, not unwrapping. I have returns to do at several stores, and gifts that still have not been delivered. My best friend, Debby and I always seem to exchange gift in mid January. Every year we say we are going to make time to get together during the holidays, but we never seem to. With family gatherings, grandkids overnight, work schedules that differ, it's hard to make the time. I guess it's better late than never! Tomorrow is my day to start cleaning and or...
