A berry sweet bright blossom

The Sweet Berries DSP paper that I used last weekend was just calling me out to make one more card.  The Wisteria Wonder paper, and the Calypso Coral ruffled ribbon compliment this paper so nicely.  I gave another shot at doing those cute little Bright Blossom stamps .  Turned out sweet, don't you agree?    

I hope you had a fun 4th of July, and had your fill of favorite family feasts.  I decided to throw a roast in the crockpot, and put it out in the shed, so the heat would not be in the trailer.  Family and friends planned to gather at our campsite, each contributing something to the meal. Rather than endured the heat or having to grill or get a fire going during the100+ degree heat we canceled.  Nobody wanted to get together outside, and none of have room in the trailer to really entertain a group. 
I pulled out the stamp stuff for a little while in the morning before the golfcart parade came through the campground.  Half the people drive around in their decorated golfcarts and cars, and the other half stand at the side of the road and applaud them, and catch candy that they throw.  Always a fun little parade, and I always wonder what new gimmick somebody will come up with.  Last year we had a group with a beer keg on the back, and ladies carrying trays around their necks, like cigarette girls in the old nightclub days (if you are old enough to remember that, and if you aren't check them out here), passing out little cups of beer to the the parade watchers.
