Less is More Challenge

Tonight I sat down to play with flowers a little bit.  I was asked to make some party favors for a wedding dinner and I was looking for some kind of funky and colorful flowers.  I tried a couple different designs, and put my favorites aside.  I looked at the leftovers and thought, "what can I make with these?".  A card, what else?  And, why not find a challenge to go along with it?  Well, the colour challenge 79 at Less is More was to use BLUE AND GREEN, so that's what I did.  Pretty simple, but funky cute.
 The paper is Summer Smooches DSP, and the flowers were punched with the blossom punch and then snipped.  I added a big brad that is retired from the SaleABration products.  I have a bunch of these brads, and they are just too cute not to use. 
I added just a little punched flower inside.  The salutation is from a new set I got yesterday called Sweet Essentials.  This set has some wonderful salutations for many occasions, and I am just tickled to have something new.  Just show me a little kindness, and I might send this card to you.    Thanks for stopping by, and have a nice weekend.
