Happy Halloween

HAPPY HALLOWEEN EVERYBODY!

 

I spent the day in my craft room working on swap cards.  I have so many to do this week, and they all seem to have creeped up on me.  This is a card that I made for my swap in October, and I thought I'd share today.  Made with the Happy Scenes stamp set and a lot of fun playing with colors and mediums.  I sponged the background, colored the pumpkins and leaves, and trimmed it with fun lacey curtains and spiderwebs.  I felt like a little schoolgirl creating a work of art in school.  I think Halloween is a time that makes all of us feel like a child, and I hope you had some fun like a kid today, too.  For me, it was carving pumpkins, too.
